·As an Experienced Automotive Technician, your mission is simple: diagnose, repair, and get vehicles back on the road—right the first time and on time!

·Every vehicle you touch gets a thorough inspection because we believe in keeping our customers safe and confident in their ride. Your keen eye for detail helps us keep them informed about necessary repairs.

Pay:

• Base pay is based on skill level 45,000.00 - 80,000.00 USD annually
• Bonus plan is based on production

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and a desire to serve our customers.
• Extensive mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics and repair.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles, especially European models
• Meet or exceed hourly goals
• Valid Drivers License

Physical Requirements:

• Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
• Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair
• Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
• Walk/stand for the majority of the workday
• Drive manual transmissions vehicles
• Efficiently navigate a computer
